Phytochemicals

Phytochemicals cover a very wide class of substances that are derived from plants, have a positive effect on health. Many new studies have found consumption phytochemicals by whole plant foods is to eat an important factor to prevent many chronic diseases such as cancer and heart disease. Current study of phytochemicals focuses on the following groups:

Carotinoide.Diese group includes b-carotene, Canthaxanthin, lutein, lycopene, Phytoene, zeaxanthin and other connections. 

In doles.This group contains Indo-3-carbinol and other connections. 

Contain.Diese group includes Phenethylisocyanate, Sulforaphanes and other connections. 

Class connections.This group contains diallyl sulphides and other connections.

Phenols.This group includes Anthocyanosides, Curcurmin hydroxytyrosol oleuropein, syringic acid, tocotrienols, and the well-known flavonoids subset includes Apigenin, Ellagic acid, Beau gin, Hesperetin, Kaempferol, Luteolin, Myricetin, Nobiletin, Quercetin, Silymarin, kelp Retin, Thearubigins, Theoflavins, etc..

Phytohormpnes.Diese group contains several subgroups

Isoflavones including Coumestrol daidzein Equol, bio Chanin, GenisteinLignans including Enterodiol and EnterolactoneOthers like resveratrol

Protease Inhibitoren.Diese group includes compounds such as Bowman Birk inhibitors.

Saponine.Diese group includes a variety of connections.

Terpene.Diese group includes compounds such as Carvones, Eugenol, camping Eugenol, limonene, Perillyl alcohol, Picrocrocin and Safranal.
