"Fun" to serve a healthy, happy Halloween in focus

Halloween approaches this Saturday, we with a bit of a challenge faced!  The children from the school, trick or treatment are so you wait all day home of to go.   Or you might think of hosting a party to young kids and more... to entertain.  If not careful, could it be a day of unhealthy diets, because so much to promote us to ghostly food treats.

Start with fun, healthy meals


  As always, start your day with a hearty breakfast.

  One of our Facebook contest winners, suggested Dave, low fat Brownies have with canned pumpkin,. Take a box of chocolate cake mix for this simple recipe and add plain squash a can. Mix together with no other ingredients.Pour into Brownie pan or 2a-4 muffin tins and bake, like verwiesen.Jede muffin or small Brownie is about 100 calories with small amount of fat and 2 grams of fiber.
